Congrats for the opening of the 2nd outlet of Greenology. Lokasinya di lantai 1, Cilandak Townsquare, bersebrangan dgn Gyukaku. Acara grand openingnya pun bekerja sama dgn Gold’s Gym, RS Jantung Siloam, Bank Mandiri, dan masih banyak lagi. Tempatnya tidak terlalu besar, tapi dekornya minimalis dan instagramble. Konsep makanan di sini adalah healthy food. Greenology sadar bahwa menjaga kesehatan tubuh, terutama jantung merupakan hal yg penting. Apa yg dimakan harus sama dgn yg dibakar. Jika kita makan makanan yg tinggi lemak, tinggi karbo, dan tinggi gula, maka berisiko terkena penyakit berbahaya seperti jantung dan stroke.

Ingredient yg digunakan merupakan bahan berkualitas pilihan dan tentunya rendah kalori. setiap menu makanan di sini dihitug kalorinya mulai dari salad, main course, hingga dessert. Jadi, kita bisa memilih menu makana yg sesuai dengan kalori yg dibutuhkan oleh tubuh kita.

Isinya ada grilled steak yg empuk dan rendah garam, avocado, radish, tomato, cranberries, feta cheese, lemon squeese, dan red wine vinaigrette. Rasanya agak asem, tapi seger dan light dimakan. Steaknya enak dan ga berasa kyk makan salad pd umumnya.

Tthis is my favorite! Baru kali ini coba nasi shirataki goreng. Teksturnya lebih berserat dari nasi putih biasa dan nasi gorengnya gurih, kyk ada rasa saus tiram tapi aku gatau bumbunya apa, Yg pasti isinya ada wortel dan grilled chicken. Aku sanggup abisin seporsi!

aku cobain 3 rasa, yaitu Honey Lemon (kuning), Roselle (merah), dan Butterfly pea (ungu). Yg Roselle asam, yg Honey Lemon ada rasa manis madu dan sam dari lemon trs sparkling gitu. Seger! Butterfly epa juga enak krn ga terlalu asem dan rasanya lebih ‘calm’.
Overall, buat kalian yg mau menjalani healthy lifestyle dan diet, cocok bgt ke Greenology karena di sana kalian akan menemukan aneka menu makanan yg cocok dgn diet kalian. Hidup sehat harus dimulai dari sekarang sebelum terlambat!

Hello food lovers! Kali ini gw diinvite untuk datang ke outlet Pablo Cafe di Neo Soho lantai LG. Setelah direnovasi, tempatnya lebih kece dan cocok buat nongkrong rame-rame atau yg butuh tempat untuk mengerjakan skripsi. Gw ke sini untuk mencicipi menu baru dari Pablo yang collab dengan 3 Skinny Minnies dari Dian Sastro. Konsep makanan dan dessertnya adalah healthy but yummy. Makanannya rata-rata di bawah 480 cal! Kecil ya tp tetap enak loh! Yuk kita intip menu2nya!

Fluffy pancake with maple syrup! Bikin pancakenya perlu 15 menit dan langsung disajikan ke kita panas2, lalu disiram maple syrupnya. Yummy!

Sama spt Pancake Souffle tp ini dengan siraman Houjicha sauce yg seger dan manis. Gw paling suka yg ini karena rasa manis dan houjichanya balance. Tasty!

Selain maknan, Pablo juga ada cheese tea loh! Gw cobain yg Assam Cheese tea. Rasanya manis, agak sepat sedikit but fresh. Milky and creamy taste gitu rasanya, kurang cheesy sih menurut gw. Tapi malah enak dan ga eneg.

Overall, kalo pengen makan berat tapi takut gemuk, bisa cobain menu barunya Pablo dengan 3 Skinny Minnies. Healthy, low cal, but stil yummy. Jarang banget ada resto dengan konsep seperti. So, must try!

Tempatnya tidak begitu luas, tapi cozy utk nongkrong bareng temen maupun untuk lunch. Walaupun konsepnya dalah healthy food, Pish & Posh juga menawarkan menu berbasis bakmi serta nasi goreng dgn cara masak yg berbeda. So yummy and healthy!

The place is not so big, but spacious and well-decorated. Simple, artistic, and pastel-dominant. Healthy food is the main concept of this cafe. Most of the foods are photogenic and instagramable. Some spots are good for OOTD.

There are 3 flavors that I tasted. The red one is called Liver Flush. The beet root and carrot taste are dominant. The yellow one is called Glow Recipe. It’s so fresh, sweet and sour in balance. I like this! Last, the green one is called Super Power. The taste of kale and caisim are dominant. Actually, it’s good for your healthy and tasted good.

This is my favorite dish and you must try beacuse it is unique! The brown rice tasted good with a hint of butter aroma. The rice is steamed with the salmon and avocado on the top side of the rice. The creamy taste of avocado blends well with the rice and the toppings. So good!

The chicken is tender, juicy, and meaty. Tasted good and savory. The battery mashed potato is actually good and creamy, but it’s too salty for me.

This dish is also unique because the fried boneless chicken is cooked with the banana! The salty taste of the chicken (served with melted cheese) is balanced with the sweet-caramellic taste of the banana pieces.

So far, this is my favorite smoothie bowl. Although the viscosity of the smoothie is low (not thick); too slurry for me. The natural sweetness of the red dragon fruit, is perfectly combined with the crunchiness of the granola and dried coconut meat pieces. Love it!

This smoothie is also good. However, for me, the kale is still too coarse, not as soft as I thought before. So, we have to chew it first. For the overall taste, it’s quite good.

Overall, I really enjoy my brunch time at Muju Avenue. The place is cozy and the F&B are quite good. For you who are concern about your health, you can have some healthy foods and drinks at Muju Avenue. The price is relatively standard with quite big portion. Moreover, the BigDish app also helps me to reserve this restaurant without doing any phone call. Plus, they also give me discounts towards the menu I choose ♥

On The Table: Fruit Juice, Almond Milk, and Granola

I usually eat the granola with the low fat milk and fruit pieces. You can add the almond milk or the fruit juice. I don’t like eating granola with plenty of high-sugar fruit pieces and yoghurt because it means that you add more sugar in your bowl. The more sugar you add, the more calorie you gain. So, do eat granola the way it is with milk or juice.

I suggest you to try on the 100% organic almond milk. It tastes so good! The almond aroma is mild, but no ‘beany’ aroma. The taste is similar to soya milk, but milder. It’s better to drink it with the salted caramel granola.
