Chicken Salad Sandwich

This recipe is delicious!! So many flavors and textures!!

Chicken Salad– Shredded chicken, light mayo, yellow and course ground  dijon mustard, red grapes, cashews, peanuts, green onions, and S&P—all mixed together then placed in a french bread roll with some romaine lettuce. YUM!
